You should be familiar with the name K’La by now, maybe you first heard her on “Blame”with Nas, or previously with “All Your Love.” If not, she is a Gary, Indiana native, currently signed to Island Def Jam, working on her debut album. While, she has caught most of our attention for her singing, she is actually a singer/rapper, and to introduce or re-introduce her two sides she released the tape “Everyday People.” It actually dropped earlier this month, but we thought it was an all rap project. Turns out, it’s about half/half, with the R&B-ish songs starting around track 9.
