Last October, Travis Garland switched up his sound and gained some new fans with his EP Fashionably Late. Now the Texas native continues his musical evolution with the sequel,Volume II. The 23-year-old singer, who was formerly signed to Interscope, crafts his own seductive brand of R&B with help from L.A.-based hitmakers the Stereotypes (Justin Bieber, Mary J. Blige).
