Exile is their second studio album which will be released on 11 March 2013 by RCA Records. To promote Exile, Hurts will start touring Europe in March 2013. On 7 February 2013 five songs from the upcoming album premiered live. Besides "Miracle" and "The Road", they also played "Exile", "Blind", and "Cupid" for the first time. During those days, five parts of the video from the real road trip were shown one by one. It was a night car-trip in Serbia with strange black figures along the side of the road.
