Armed with an acoustic guitar and harmonizing vocals, Sapient is dropping the raps on his new record, Slump, to give us his alternate musical side that just might be his best endeavour yet. If you managed to hear those records from a few years ago (“Gladys” & “Dapper Mob”) you would of been rightly anticipating this alternative album because those aforementioned songs were the big standouts from those albums. If you are a fan of Sapient to begin with and like to venture outside the box of hip-hop, Slump, is going to be right up your alley. Slump drops tomorrow!
