On February 26th, 2013 ILL Bill will be dropping his brand new solo album “The Grimy Awards”. This will be his first solo effort since “The Hour Of Reprisal” and from the tracks we have heard thus far Bill is going to rock the underground to its very core. We have been given a taste when Bill dropped “Severed Heads Of State” and the video for “When I Die”, but now we are treated to Bill alongside Pete Rock on the new track “Truth”. The track boasts a classic Pete Rock sound and is rich with vocal samples and a relaxed vibe throughout. ILL Bill as usual spits over the beat with venomous delivery and something heavy to say
