And out of left field, New Orleans’ Dee-1 comes through with some new tunage. Since giving us “The Focus Tape” last fall, N.O. rhyme spitter Dee-1 has been somebody we’re keeping an eye on including being co-signed by legends from the likes of Mannie Fresh and Killer Mike. Here we get his latest project “Psalms Of David” which consist of his best musical releases over the years for newer listeners to enjoy. The mixtape has features from Sunni Patterson, Tre Virdure, Jor’dan Armstrong, Kennedi Rayne with production being handled by Flight School, Mystro, Phurnace, B. Corder, DJ Scrim.
